Please confirm the location where you would like to pick-up your cheque: *

• Ottawa Office – 6 Corvus Court, Ottawa (Friday December 12, 2025 from 9am to 5pm)
• Gatineau Office – 430 Boul. de l’Hôpital, Bureau 200B, Gatineau (Friday, December 12, 2025 from 2pm to 5pm)
• Cornwall Office – 1916 Pitt Street, Suite 4, Unit 6, Cornwall (Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 1pm to 4pm)

Please note that your cheque will ONLY be available to be picked up at the location, date and time you choose above.
