Vacation Pay Pick-Up Requests cannot be made at this time.
Vacation Pay Pick-up requests can only be made in the month of May for the June Payout and November for the December Payout. Please contact the office at 613-521-6314 if you need further assistance.
June 2025 Vacation Pay – Exception
As we may be experiencing another round of mail delivery disruptions caused by a possible Canada Post strike in the coming weeks, the Benefit Office and its Trustees have made an important and unprecedented decision regarding the upcoming Vacation payout which would normally be paid on June 13, 2025, to ensure that members receive their payment promptly.
How the next Vacation Payout has been processed?
The June 2025 Vacation Pay has been modified to pay the November 2024 to March 2025 Vacation Pay early to ensure Members received as much of their Vacation Pay as possible.
The vacation pay earned in the month of April 2025 will be paid with the December 2025 Vacation Pay.

Further to the above, please be advised that all cheques for the upcoming Vacation Payout have been mailed May 1st, 2025.
As cheques have been mailed – REQUESTS TO PICK-UP CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
