Both accounts are registered for Auto-deposit, which means the money will be automatically deposited and cannot be cancelled or reversed. No security question and answer will be required.
E-Transfers sent to any other email address will not be accepted and payment will have to be cancelled from your account which may result in a fee.
Proper identification and description must be inserted in the “Message” when sending E-Transfers. Failure to do so may result in not receiving proper credit for your payment.
You must include your Membership Number, Full Name and a description of what the funds are for (Monthly Union Dues for the Union Office or Benefit Self-Payments for the Benefit Office).
If you do not have your Membership Number, you can use the last three digits of your SIN. NEVER insert your full SIN Number.
